The 28 Days Workplace Challenge was set up to help employees quit for good. Our challenge provides people with everything they need to become a better, fitter quitter.
Over the course of 12 weeks, they’ll be assigned their very own team of Quit Coaches who’ll be on hand to support them through their quit at every stage of the process.
Smoking breaks cost employers £1,815 a year for each full-time worker who smokes during working hours - think about all them cig breaks! (British Heart Foundation)
The average smoker takes 4 breaks a day at an average of 10 mins - that's an unhealthy amount of time away, which could be productively used (Centre for Economics Business Research)
Current smokers are 33 per cent more likely to miss work than non-smokers and absent an average of 2.7 extra days per year (UK Centre for Tobacco Control Studies)
A 20-a-day smoker spends £3,421.60 a year – a huge boost to anyone’s bank balance
A study by GlaxoSmithKline found that “Quality, and amount of work is reported by their colleagues and supervisors, to be higher by non-smokers than that of smokers"
Our team of Quit Coaches are on hand to provide specialist and tailored over-the-phone behavioural & medicinal support – meaning your employees will be 3 times as likely to quit.
Better yet, if your employees stay smokefree for 28 days, statistically speaking they’re 5 times as likely to remain quit for good!
